An Association of Film Industry of Eastern India registered under The Companies Act 1956

Aims:

To promote and encourage the Indian Film Industry in General and the Film Industry of Bengal in particular.

Objects:

To protect, save guard the interests of its members and submit memorandum before the state and the Central Government and to endeavour to bring about equitable changes and alterations in the Legislation, state or central in the interest of the Entertainment Industry of the Eastern Region of India.

To encourage settlement of disputes between members of the association and other person / persons arising out of commercial transactions and in particular out of transactions-relating to manufacture, production, distribution, event show, exhibition, exploitation and all other matters connected with the Film Industry by conciliation through usual trade practice and in accordance with The Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996.
